If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Out of the time, we will not be able to cancel/changing your order any more.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Personalized items cannot be exchanged as we cannot stock them.

WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Since a lot of good and inexpensive goods are produced in China, most of the items on our website are produced in and sent from China to the whole world, and a small part is from Hong Kong.

ABOUT CUSTOMS TAX?
Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the country law. Vsmee is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM/ORDER?
You can exchange a purchased product within 7 days after the package is delivered. If 7 days have gone by since package delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Please note that the cost of shipping return is paid by you.
